UshopWeship sucks big time!

Who said ushopweship delivers your shipment within a week?!! If I told you that before, then I am sorry!!

If however you are using this service and receive your shipment within 2 to 3 weeks then I consider you as a lucky person.

I've been experiencing the worst service ever from ushopweship..from the day I order until receiving my stuff. No trakcing system + unusual delay. You have to call them frequently and barely you'll have a good answer!

Now put your self in this situation

You've placed an order from the US using your forward mail "ushopweship". 7 days later you called ushopweship to check on your shipment! The lady who works there told you: send us an email and mention the tracking number, your mail box number, and the date. You did exactly what she told you! 3 days later.. you called them back and ask again for your shipment.. You were informed that the shipment is still in the US! And it’ll take two more days until it reaches Kuwait. Again.. again and again. You start wondering about your shipment! Another more two days passing and still no one called.. not even an email from them to know the status of your shipment ! You call them back and as usual "we didn't receive your shipment yet". and every time you call them they give you different excuses.

Exc1: The flight from the US is canceled.
Exc2: The airport is holding the shipment.
Exc3: The tracking system is down.
Exc4: The driver is busy with many packages to be delivered.
Exc5: Your shipment is on hold in the customs.

I hate it when I call them and one lady tells me something, and the next day another lady tells me something totally different. Now the worst part... When you need to talk to their manager and ask them for his/her telephone number.
And guess what was their answer!? -> "Ma'am I cannot give you the manager number"!! What? WTH!!!?

My recent order from Amazon

I've received my order from amazon, I wanted to see House Md season 2 and 3 since season 1 was so interesting. also I have ordered other TV series:

- Nip Tuck season four.

- Dirt season one.

- The Unit season one.

I wanted to order Weeds season 2, but it seems I missed hitting the add to shopping cart button! and then I totally forgot about it! I was using my UshopWeship account, and my stuff was hold for only one day in the customs, which is really awesome :)

Ushop weship

Yesterday I received my shipment from Amazon, it was my first experience with ushop weship after the bad experiences with Aramex!!! I find ushop service cool except that the tracking system is down for the moment and they are working on it! I have placed my order from Amazon using my Ushop weship mail account, the price is reasonable and the service is excelent.. I received my items within 4 days after reaching my mail box in USA, and this time it takes only one day in the customs which is awesome :)

I was able to pay for my shipment in ushopweship website. after all I would recomend their service which I really like.

my order was a mix of books and DVDs:
1- Talking to Heaven by death "James van praagh".
2- common errors in english usage.
3- Two of sony memory sticks "1G each".
4- Dexter "the first season".
5- Criminal minds " first season".
5- The office "season 1".
6- House "season 1".
7- please teacher "Anime"

Aramex VS. Normal Mail.

I have placed an order from Victoria Secrets, and didn't use my Aramex mail this time, one of my friends told me you shouldn't use the normal mail (home address) for some bad experiences! she told me once she added her home address when she purchase an order from Victoria Secrets, and then Kifan (the ministry of Communication) calld her to collect her order, she went there! and guess what? they opened every thing and checked her clothes labels, she didn't receive all the things for some politic reasons! they told her they have to execute some of her stuff for political issues! (I was like oh goosh Damn!) so I entered Victoria Secrets website and change my shiping address to Aramex, and sent an email to them explaning the issue in order to change my shiping address. After two days I received an email from Victoria Secrets with their responce to my request saying that some of my Items have already shiped! After one week I received one Item from Aramex which was weighing only 0.70 LB, but when Aramex deliver my order it was 4 LB !!! and I payed 7.760 Kd and that was because of the advertisement magazine! the second day I received my other 5 Items with no charges and reached to my house directly! Now my point is with the normal mailing address the delivery was much better than Aramex since I have payed nothing and since it cames directly to my house and within only one week!

Aramex

I find Aramex service really amazing and I've been using this service during the past few years to deliver my stuff from the internet, nowadays I noticed that some of the internet website while shopping does not accept shipping address like Aramex! they consider it as a forwarding mailing address from the state to other countries, and they do not want their stuff to be delivered internationally, I don't know why!? But I don't think they will lose anything since they are shipping to a US mail! Other reasons for order cancellation was because of the billing address! many website does not allow a billing address that do not match the shipping address! I would make my billing address similar to my shipping address, but when I purchase my order, they can find out the billing address right the way from the information assigned to the Visa card! I hope one day those matters will be resolved, we need an open trade and easier way to get our stuff delivered to us without complications!
